We strive for 99.9% uptime. Service credits may be available for extended downtime as detailed in our SLA documentation.
TrustPilot AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustPilot AI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and you must cease all use of the service. Data export will be available for 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
