TrustPilot AI provides AI-powered data quality management services including data validation, reconciliation, compliance monitoring, and ROI optimization through autonomous agents.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• One person or legal entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Data Processing

You retain ownership of your data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services. We will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Service credits may be available for extended downtime as detailed in our SLA documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

TrustPilot AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustPilot AI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and you must cease all use of the service. Data export will be available for 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification.
